Where our written referral acceptance specifies a Conversion Commission, you can earn 10% of the Net First Invoice Receipts from the first invoiced work we supply to the accepted prospect. That is the amount we actually receive, excluding GST, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks and amounts later repaid.
The commission is earned after all stated conditions are met and we receive the customer's qualifying payment in cleared funds. Once you provide a valid tax invoice, we pay the earned commission within seven days.
Yes. You need a current ABN to join the program, submit referrals and receive commission payments. A valid tax invoice is also required before payment.
No. Your role is to make a useful introduction. You do not scope work, negotiate, quote, offer discounts, give advice on our behalf or close the sale. We handle the commercial and delivery process.
A prospect must knowingly agree to the introduction and have a genuine business need. We must accept the referral in writing and confirm which commission opportunity, if any, applies. Existing, duplicate, self, staged, unsuitable or non-consensual referrals may not qualify.
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and access to a private portal. Referrals may also be submitted through another process we approve. Tracking alone does not guarantee eligibility; we confirm accepted referrals in writing under the program terms.
Existing, former, duplicate or already-active prospects may be ineligible. DDG assesses submitted context reasonably and in good faith using our records and the available evidence.
Self-referrals and undisclosed related-party referrals are generally ineligible unless we expressly accept the circumstances in writing before the referral. Any personal, family, financial or business relationship must be disclosed.
Only through channels and material we have approved in writing. You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship upfront—for example: “Advertising — I may earn a commission if you become a Digital Discovery Group client through this referral.” Paid advertising, influencers, email lists and other promotional methods need prior written approval.
If you undertake face-to-face prospect or customer activity, you must first hold public liability insurance of at least $2 million for any one occurrence and provide a current certificate of currency. Other legally required insurance obligations may also apply to your business.
No. Participation begins with a one-month trial. You may withdraw at any time without penalty by giving written notice. A commission already earned under the terms is not lost because you leave the program.
No. Sign-up records your terms agreement, then DDG separately reviews your business, proposed channels and required evidence. Approval opens full access and your referral link. You then complete Learning Portal onboarding to reach 100%.
